Parcel identification
Your retailer must include your customer code in the delivery address. This lets the warehouse identify and check the parcel into your account.

Consolidation and preparation
Eligible parcels can be combined and, where available, repacked to reduce unnecessary space before international dispatch.

International transit
Your shipment moves through the selected air-freight route, with status updates available through your account and tracking tools.

Arrival in Kenya
After destination processing, you will be advised when the shipment is available for collection or final delivery arrangements.
