Rules change by carrier, route and commodity. Ask the Vitumob team before purchasing a regulated item.

  • Do not send firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal goods, human remains, live animals or other prohibited items.
  • Loose lithium batteries, power banks, damaged phones and hazardous liquids may require specialist handling or may be rejected.
  • Medicines, seeds, plants, drones and engines may require permits and advance approval.
  • Bulky items are charged using the greater of actual or volumetric weight.
